Terms & Conditions: By booking accommodation online through www.heritagehotels.co.nz you (“the Customer”) agree to the following conditions: Our Reception/Proshop hours are from 7:00am to 5:00pm daily. If you will be arriving or departing outside of these hours please contact us in advance so that arrangements can be made for you. If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours a charge of one night’s accommodation will be made. Should we receive less than 24 hours notice of cancellation, we will charge for every room night booked. Naturally we will endeavour to re-book the space and if successful a refund will be made.
