We would like to pass on our sincere thanks from both sets of parents and ourselves, for your work leading up to our wedding day and the superb effort Sitesh and his team went to, in the evening. The food was absolutely amazing. I'm sure you've heard the success of a Chinese wedding depends on the quality and the quantity of the food and the Chef and his team did a fantastic job. Thanks to Sitesh's team of keeping the buffet well-stocked. Our guests were highly complimentary of the food all night and all day Sunday.
Thanks also for the waiting staff at each table. Guests really felt they were looked after all night. We had excellent service on the bridal table and I was so pleased to hear that our guests were looked after just as well. We heard even the most discerning critics say "wedding of the year".

We were fortunate enough to have our wedding reception at the Heritage Hotel Grand Tearoom. The entire event was flawless, space was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were attentive the entire evening. Everything ran like clockwork. Our guests all commented how elegant the evening was, from the décor in the Tearoom to the presentation of the food, and the wine and beer selection. We had 100 guests, and there was plenty of room for people to walk around and socialise during dinner, and there was a massive space for the band and dance floor. The views of the harbour were spectacular, great for all the overseas guests to take photos at sunset!
The entire staff at the Heritage were amazing, considering the 15-20 overseas guests we had stay in the hotel the week of the wedding, every accommodation room was gorgeous, and anything the guests required including transportation, tours and room service they were more than happy to arrange for them. Everyone commented how they didn’t want to leave after the week was over, they felt very spoilt.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Heritage Hotel as a wedding venue, or for any event. The hotel is beautiful and so unique, the staff are professional and go way beyond expectations, thank you for making our wedding week so special!

Just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you very much for all your work and help on our wedding day. The whole experience far exceeded our expectations, it was an elegant but very personal reception. I especially liked the personal service helping me in and out of my chair – negotiating my wedding dress was a real challenge! Everything went perfectly.
We just couldn’t believe the caliber and attitude of the staff we dealt with. Each one was experienced, polite, and seemed genuinely happy to be there and help us with our function. The venue was amazing and looked even more spectacular than I could have ever imagined. Please send our regards to the chef (countless people have said it was THE BEST food they had ever tried).
