What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?
Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. and Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. If you're arriving earlier, we can hold your bags or, can possibly make your room available for an early check-in if prearranged (charges may apply). Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability (charges may apply).
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Our cancellation policy may be found on your booking confirmation, but in general, for pre-pay packages or non-flexible packages, there is no refund for cancellation. Flexible packages usually allow cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the 2:00 pm check-in. Please check your booking confirmation for your specific cancellation policy.
Is CityLife Wellington A Pet-Friendly Hotel?
Unfortunately, our property is unable to host pets. Please contact us regarding working support dogs.
What Is The Hotel’s Smoking Policy?
In accordance with New Zealand smoking legislation, our properties are smoke-free. Our property does have a designated smoking/vaping area outside. There is no smoking/vaping allowed in rooms or public areas on the property. Cleaning charges may apply if a guest is found smoking inside the building.
Does CityLife Wellington Have Accessible Rooms?

Is CityLife Wellington Good For Business Travellers?
Yes, CityLife Wellington provides complimentary WiFi, printing support, and conferencing facilities.
Is CityLife Wellington A Kid-Friendly Hotel?
Yes, CityLife Wellington is children-friendly. We provide holiday packs on arrival, and our concierge team is able to provide you with kid-friendly options for local activities.

Is Free Wi-Fi Provided?
Yes, we offer complimentary unlimited WiFi for your convenience. A fair usage policy applies and charges may apply if excessive usage is detected.
Is Room Service Available?
Yes, we offer room service. There are 3 external local restaurants that we work with where you can place an order and charge it back to your room account.
Are Turndown Services Available?
No, we currently do not offer turndown services.
Does CityLife Wellington Have A Pool Or Spa?
Unfortunately, we do not have a pool on-site for guest use.
Is There Free Parking?
Parking is available ($31 per 24 hours). Vehicle entrance is on 14 Gilmer Terrace.
Please contact the reception for information if required.
Are laundry Services Available?
Yes, we have laundry facilities in all rooms excluding Studio rooms.
Dining
Does CityLife Wellington Have A Restaurant?
The Living Room is currently unavailable for breakfast but beverage service is available from Monday to Sunday.
Selected local restaurants will deliver dinner directly to your room.
We have partnered with Sierra Café on Lambton Quay to offer our guests breakfast.
Does CityLife Wellington Have A Bar?
Yes, adult beverages and refreshments are available on-site at The Living Room from 5:30pm - 7:30pm.
Transportation
Is An Airport Shuttle Available?
We will be happy to help arrange an airport shuttle with an external provider upon request.
Is Car Service Available?
No, we do not offer car service.
