What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. If you're arriving earlier, we can hold your bags, or can possibly make your room available for an early check-in if pre-arranged (charges may apply). Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability (charges apply).
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Our full cancellation policy may be found on your booking confirmation, but in general, for pre-pay packages or non-flexible packages, there is no refund for cancellation. Flexible packages usually allow cancellation 24 to 48 hours before the 2:00 pm check-in. Please check your booking confirmation for your specific cancellation policy.
Is The Devon A Pet-Friendly Hotel?
Unfortunately, our property is unable to host pets. Please contact us regarding working support and care dogs.
Does The Devon Have A Hotel Smoking Policy?
Yes, in accordance with New Zealand smoking legislation, our properties are smoke-free.
There is a designated smoking/vaping area outside. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in rooms, or public areas of the property.
A cleaning fee may be applied if a guest is found to have smoked inside the building.
Does The Devon Have Accessible Rooms?

Is The Devon Good For Business Travellers?
Yes, we are happy to offer our guests with complimentary WiFi, or printing support, and conferencing facilities.
Is The Devon A Kid-Friendly Hotel?
Yes, The Devon Hotel is children-friendly. We provide holiday packs on arrival, there's activities on-site including our pool, and our concierge team will be happy to provide you with options for local activities.

Are Laundry Services Available?
Yes, we do have laundry services available for guests. Please contact the reception for more information.
Does The Devon Have Event Venues Or Meeting Spaces?
Yes, The Devon Hotel has 11 conference rooms with a total maximum capacity up to 750 guests and three beautifully landscaped gardens that make it the perfect venue for your conference or special event in New Plymouth.

Does The Devon Hotel Have A Restaurant?
Yes, Marbles Restaurant is open for breakfast from 6:00 am - 9:30 am (Monday to Friday) and 6:30 am - 10:00 am (Saturday and Sunday), and from 6:00 pm for dinner until closed (Saturday from 5:30 pm).
Does The Devon Hotel Have A Bar?
Yes, The Rocks Lounge is open from 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm daily.
