General
What Time Is Check-In And Check-Out?
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. If you're arriving earlier, we can hold your bags or, can possibly make your room available for an early check-in if pre-arranged (charges may apply). Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability (charges apply).
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations received less than 48 hours or prior to 2.00 pm the day of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s accommodation. Cancellations to be made by email info@whitemorph.co.nz. One nights' deposit may be taken at the time of booking by a valid credit card. The remaining balance will be debited day of arrival at the property.

Is The White Morph A Pet-Friendly Hotel?
Unfortunately, our property is unable to host pets. Please contact us regarding working support and care dogs.
What Is The Hotel’s Smoking Policy?
In accordance with New Zealand smoking legislation, our properties are smoke free. Each property does have a designated smoking/vaping area outside. There is no smoking/vaping in rooms or public areas. Cleaning charges may apply if smoking is found inside the building.
Does The White Morph Have Accessible Rooms?

Is The White Morph Good For Business Travellers?
We provide complimentary Wi-Fi to all guests.
Is The White Morph Kid-Friendly?
Yes, we are children-friendly. We provide holiday packs on arrival, and our front office team are able to provide you options for local kid-friendly activities.

Yes, we offer complimentary unlimited high speed fibre Wi-Fi for your convenience. A fair usage policy applies and charges may apply if excessive usage is detected.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer room service.

Yes, there is ample free parking available and boat parking.

No, we do not have event or meeting space available on-site.

Does The White Morph Have A Restaurant?
Unfortunately, we do not have a restaurant on-site. However, we do have BBQ facilities available and continental breakfast trays are available at an additional cost. Please contact us to find out more.
